Hello Phani,

your question was already answered here:

In short, do not access table SYS.P_USERS_ but the view USERS which shows you the exact same data.

Hi Phani,

Could you please check if you have an a authorization to give a permission to other users for particular schema.

I mean check for privileges, user and roles.
