SAP HANA CLIENT & STUDIO License key??

HI Everybody,

Recently I started a project and I need to install in the user's pc the HANA Client & HANA Studio, but I get a question from security IT about If this products needs or not license. I know for experience that the license key is not required for this products, but I don't find in SAP Documentation the specific paragraph or quote about the free used of SAP HANA Client & SAP HANA Studio, Do you know where can I find this info?? Security is asking to me about one SAP's document that confirms the free use of this products.

The HANA Studio was built on Eclipse platform. The licence is based on Eclipse project: https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html

It was very helpful, I will argue this point about HANA Studio, I will continue searching about  the HANA Client.
